Here is the full text of his letter: Information indicates a new deterioration of the conditions of stay in Mauritania for several nationals of neighbouring countries, including Senegalese nationals. We had welcomed with relief, by the vote of Monsieur le Premier Ministre du Sénégal on 1 July last, the measures decided on the conditions of entry, de séjour des Sénégalais en Mauritanie. In less than two weeks, if we take into account the information relayed by the media, various associations and trade unions, the announced agreements are not respected even for those who would have satisfied all the required conditions.
