Stop Relying On Government For Help, Do Your Own Thing – Richie Mensah To Creatives  

The CEO of Lynx Group, Richie Mensah, has offered a piece of sincere advice to designers in the entertainment industry to prevent depending on Government assistance and taking charge of your own achievements. Speaking during an exam on Hitz FM, the famous document producer and businessman emphasised the importance of self-reliance in building a lasting career in the creative art market. Richie disclosed that he regularly shares this attitude with the performers he mentors at Lynx Entertainment, the record label that has nurtured some of Ghana’s biggest actors. “ Whenever I meet my artists, I always tell them not to rely on the government, ” he stated.
Richie Mensah explained that the government’s position in the creative field, while critical, usually falls short of meet the particular needs of individual artists. He noted that successful artists and entrepreneurs typically achieve their goals by taking initiative, thinking outside the box, and making independent strides. “Waiting on the government can stall your progress. You need to focus on your craft, build your network, and find ways to make things happen for yourself, ” Richie advised.
