On 12 February 2025, at 10 a.m., the Chamber of Deliberation of the Tambacounda Departmental Council hosted the official ceremony of the establishment of the regional and departmental committees to combat irregular migration in the region. He did not fail to underline before the Permanent Secretary of the CILMI the commitment of all the actors to work to achieve the objectives assigned to the various committees.
