​The case of Didier Badji and Fulbert Sambou: a professor of law points to the absence of a medico-legal report 

  Le professeur Adama Diouf, teacher at Bordeaux Management School in Dakar, has commented on the case of the deaths of Didier Badji and Fulbert Sambou, denouncing the lack of a medico-legal report. Invité sur le plateau de Kewoulo TV, le juriste considers that such a report should have been established from the beginning of the investigation. “The prosecutor should have opened a judicial information and ordered a medical expertise to clarify the exact circumstances of their deaths”, he declared. For Professor Diouf, only a rigorous procedure would remove the shadow zones surrounding this case. Recently, a new element had the affair of the mysterious disappearance of the adjutant-chef Didier Badji and the sergeant Fulbert Sambou, occurred on 18 November 2022. The corps of Fulbert Sambou had been recovered five days after their disappearance, off Cape Manuel. On the other hand, Didier Badji remains missing to this day, fuelling numerous speculations on the circumstances of their disappearance.
