The CNG decides to save the fight

The National Management Committee (CNG) of the struggle held a press briefing on 2 July 2025 at its premises at the Arène nationale de Pikine. During this face-to-face with the press, the president of the governing body of the fight, Malick Ngom, informed that they had decided to engage “lawyers to find ways and means” so that the fight between Balla Gaye 2 and Siteu could effectively take place on Sunday 20 July. Malick Ngom has specified that the promoter Baye Ndiaye (AlbourakhEvents) has officiated said fight le 9 janvier 2025, au moment où il n’y avait aucune procédure antidopage concernant le lutteur Siteu.. The CNG took the opportunity to shed light on the procedure of the Regional Anti-Doping Organisation of Africa (ORADA) zones 1 and 2 which suspended for two years the wrestler Moustapha Senghor for violation of anti-doping rules and his manager Maguette Mbergane for complicity in refusal of the test. Le patron de la lutte has thus acknowledged that ORADA has effectively sent them the letter of the decision of their suspension, which they received on Saturday 28 June 2029, exactly at 19.26.
