This Sunday, the youth of Louga responded massively to the appeal of the Patriotic Youth of Senegal (JPS) during a very followed political conference. The event highlighted the commitment and political maturity of a new generation determined to play a key role in the future of the country. El Malick Ndiaye, President of the National Assembly, was obliged to salute with force the mobilization and the political maturity of this youth which he described as “conscientious, dynamic and committed”. The central message is a pressing appeal for the active participation of young people in the implementation of the national project. He particularly insisted on the implementation of the ambitious vision of Senegal 2050, carried by the highest authorities of the State: His Excellency the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, and the Prime Minister, Ousmane Sonko. In addition, the speaker reiterated a solemn appeal to unity, solidarity and fraternity, the fundamental values which constitute the foundation of the movement. He also urged the young militants to show constancy, perseverance and fidelity in their commitment. This constancy is considered essential to accompany and serve the great political, economic and social transformations currently taking place in the country. He underlined the irreplaceable role of the JPS, affirming that it remains an essential pillar of the Jub-Jubal-Jubbanti (Redresser, Agir, Réformer) project and an indispensable motor to the desired national refoundation. The strong affluence and enthusiasm manifested in Louga confirm the vitality of the JPS as a force of proposition and action in the national political landscape
