Tamsir Thioune, former political prisoner and member of Guédiawaye’s Hamo 2 cell, has been missing for a week in tragic circumstances, according to Maty Sarr Niang who sells the meat. According to information, he was among the passengers of the ship that sank off the coast of Mauritania on 29 August last, a tragedy that claimed the lives of at least 69 people and left dozens of others missing. The relatives of the deceased, anxious and without news, launch a solemn appeal to any person likely to have information about his situation or location.
