(Black PR Wire) Lauderhill, FL — The Miami Broward One Carnival Host Committee is excited to announce the successful completion of the 2025 Junior Carnival, held on Saturday, October 4th at The Grounds of the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center. The event showcased a lively and joyful representation of Caribbean culture, featuring thousands of attendees and seven masquerade bands, all seen through the perspective of its youngest ambassadors. Sponsored by TD Bank and organized by Visit Lauderdale and the City of Lauderhill, this year’s Junior Carnival was free to the public for the first time, allowing families throughout South Florida to take part in this cultural tradition without any financial constraints. The event included an entire afternoon of youth parades in costumes, food vendors, and vibrant entertainment, reflecting the genuine spirit of community celebration. Zing Zing Kidzz shined at the 2025 Junior Carnival with their performance “Color Me Carnival,” earning the Band of the Year award and excelling in multiple important categories. Other notable bands featured were Wassi Babes, Carnival Dreamerz, and Major Players CAEDC Inc. , and La Familia, all highlighting exceptional creativity, artistry, and cultural pride.
