The Ministry of the Interior and Public Security announced, in a communiqué made public on Friday 26 September 2025, that the journalist and director general of the Avenir Communication group, Madiambal Diagne, managed to leave Senegal despite an exit ban from the territory issued against him by a competent judicial authority.
