The highly anticipated battle between Siteu and BG2 will finally take place. The Tribunal arbitral du sport (TAS) has decided, on 14 July 2025, to suspend provisionally the decision of the anti-doping body of the Zone II & III Afrique, which affected Moustapha Senghor, better known as Siteu. The TAS was established on the basis of Article R37 of the Code de l’arbitrage en matière de sport. In its order, signed by Corinne Schmidhauser, Présidente de la Chambre arbitrale d’appel, the Tribunal upheld the request for suspensive effect lodged on 9 July by Mr de Senghor’s lawyer. This decision suspends the effects of the sanction pronounced on 27 June last by the Organisation Régionale Antidopage, qui interdisait au lutteur de participer à toute compétition.
