To the right, in the name of the right:

I have received today, Tuesday 1 April 03, through my counsel, Ordinance No. 12 of 28/03/25 concerning Case No. J/143/RG/25 of 24/03/25 against the State of Senegal. This document has been certified conforme pour expédition le 01/ 04/25 by l’administrateur des Greffes Me Marema Diop Niang. Without prejudice to the observations and considerations, it must be observed that the President of the Chamber designated as Judge des référés has instructed the Minister of the Interior, since the receipt of this letter, to notify Mr Amadou Mansour Faye of the reasons for the prohibition on leaving the territory in question. In the absence of a decision to bring to an end the conduct of the agents of the police de l’Air, en service à l’Aéroport international Blaise DIAGNE (AIBD) affecting the applicant’s freedom of movement; that of leaving his country and returning there; Reject la demande d’astreinte and that of the award of damages. Ainsi fait, jugé et prononcé par le Président de la seconde chambre administrative, désigné en qualité de juge des référés, en son audience publique des référés tenue les jours, mois et an que dessus et où ils étaient présents… (the judgment was given and pronounced by the President of the Second Administrative Chamber, designated as Judge of the Court of Appeal, in his public hearing of the Court of Appeal held on the days, months and an hour on which and where they were present.) “I have to go”. First of all I would like to thank God while praying on the seal of the Prophet Mouhamed SWT, for having granted me the faith, the strength, the mind and the resilience to face, with dignity and honor, any kind of situation wherever it comes. Then I would like to salute the attitude of the Magistrates who emancipated and renewed with grandeur and thus honored justice.
