In addition to the visit of friendship and work of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Congo, Anatole Collinet Makosso, his Senegalese counterpart, Ousmane Sonko, led a joint press briefing on Thursday in Dakar. In the light of these developments, the Commission is proposing to extend the scope of the directive to include the following areas: “We will organise ourselves to do so as quickly as possible”, he assured, underlining the need for a robust regional cooperation in the face of cross-border challenges.
