Osimhen set up Lucas Torreira for Galatasaray’s second goal two minutes before the hour mark.
The 27-year-old made the points save for the hosts seven minutes from time, profiting on an error from Alanyaspor goalkeeper Paulo Victor.
The striker has so far scored 10 goals, and four assists in 16 league appearances for the Yellow and Reds this season.
Galatasaray extended their lead at the top of the table to five points ahead of second-placed Fenerbahçe.
