Two individuals have died due to a road accident on the Oyo-Ogbomoso road. According to DAILY POST, the single-vehicle collision took place on Friday. Additionally, six others suffered various injuries in the incident. Reports indicate that a commercial Nissan car crashed into rocks that were set up as barricades by a construction company near the Ipeba area. The accident happened around 7:00 am, resulting in the fatalities of the driver and a female passenger, whose identities have yet to be disclosed. Authorities from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) at the Oolo Unit quickly responded to the emergency. The injured parties have been transported to Bowen University Teaching Hospital for treatment, while the bodies of the deceased have been taken to the morgue at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital.
