Vincent Otse Martins, known as VeryDarkMan, a well-known social media activist, has dropped a new diss track aimed at street-hop artist Portable, intensifying their ongoing conflict. In a clip shared on his Instagram account, VeryDarkMan is seen delivering sharp lyrics in various languages, accusing Portable of theft and mentioning previous scandals. Their dispute began when VeryDarkMan called on President Bola Tinubu to tackle Nigeria’s economic issues and the violent incidents in Benue State. Portable retaliated with his own diss track, making personal attacks on VeryDarkMan and questioning his sexuality. In response, VeryDarkMan released a follow-up track, featuring archival footage of Portable’s encounters with the police and referring to past issues. In his post accompanying the release, VeryDarkMan suggested that he might finally cease responding to Portable, hinting that the singer had been upset by his remarks. The video also included a shout-out to VeryDarkMan’s supporters, thanking influencers like Jojo of Lele, music mogul Don Jazzy, Dkokopee, DJ Big N, and his brother for their support.
