According to Comolpletesports, the Super Falcons of Nigeria have landed in Rabat for their final match against the host team, the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco, at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. The team and their officials reached Rabat on Wednesday after winning the semi-finals against South Africa’s Banyana Banyana the previous night. They triumphed over Desiree Ellis’ team with a score of 2-1 at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca, securing a spot in the final. The Super Falcons are set to practice later today at the FUS Academie in Rabat. Additionally: WAFCON 2024: The Super Falcons visited an injured player from the Banyana Banyana in the hospital. The media will have access to the initial 15 minutes of the training session. Justine Madugu’s team will then hold a private session at the same location on Friday. The West African team aims to secure their 10th title at the WAFCON 2024 finals, which would be a record. Meanwhile, Morocco, seeking their first WAFCON title, triumphed over Ghana’s Black Queens in the semi-finals, winning 4-2 in a penalty shootout.
