War: Iran leaders are all gone – Trump

United States President, Donald Trump, has claimed that Iran’s leadership structure has been largely wiped out amid the ongoing U.S.-Israeli military operations, saying Washington now has “nobody to talk to” as the conflict continues.

Speaking on Friday at the White House during an event honoring the U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen football team for winning the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy, Trump referenced the current U.S.-Israeli military operations involving Iran.

“Their leaders are all gone, their next set of leaders are all gone, and their next set of leaders are mostly gone,” Trump said.

“Nobody wants to be a leader over there anymore. We are having a hard time. We want to talk to them, and there’s nobody to talk to. We have nobody to talk to and, you know what? We like it that way,” he stated.
