After being detained in connection with a series of burglaries and property crimes that started in August of last year, a Winnipeg man is facing a staggering 68 fees. Travis Freddie Ducharme, 27, has been charged in more than 20 situations, most of which have occurred in west Winnipeg. The claims include numerous instances of car theft, including stealing people’s wallets and purses, breaking and entering, and making phony payments with stolen cards.
