According to Ontario Provincial Police, two individuals have been charged in the infant’s suicide on Saugeen First Nation almost two years ago. According to the police, on March 26, 2023, an indifferent child was reported to a house on the First Nation. They say a nine-month-old baby was taken to hospital and pronounced deceased.
