The bodies of the missing AAUA students have been discovered, and their landlord has been taken into custody.

Two students from Adekunle Ajasin University in Ondo State, Andrel Eloho Okah, 25, and John Friday Abba, 19, who had been missing for three weeks, have been confirmed dead. One of their bodies was discovered in a border area between Ondo State and Ekiti State, while searches continue for Okah’s body. Both students were second-year undergraduates in the History and International Studies and Economics programs, respectively.

The Ondo State Police have arrested three suspects linked to the students’ murders, with their landlord, Oladele Femi, also known as ‘Tallest’, identified as the main suspect. During a press conference at the state police headquarters in Akure, Commissioner of Police Adebowale Lawal reported that Abba was raped before both students were murdered, and that Okah’s iPhone and Lexus RX 350 were stolen by the suspects. Lawal indicated that the main suspect had a confrontation with John Friday Abba over a disagreement and hired others to harm him. I want to use the phrase he used — ‘to deal with his mistake.’
