The survey on the road transport market of the Parc des Technologies Numériques (PTN) is undergoing a new development. The former Coordinator and then Director General of the PTN, Bassirou Abdoul Ba, who had until then been heard as a witness, is now under investigation. According to L’Observateur, funds from Morocco had been used for the payment of the market, raising questions about the regularity of the procedures. These revelations could however play in favour of certain figures of the Ministry of Telecommunications, also cited in the dossier. Moreover, an expertise in real estate is expected in order to determine the exact nature of the transactions and to clarify justice on the fate of the six persons already arrested in this case.
