DJ was sentenced to four years in jail after his children pleaded for mercy in judge.

In his RICO case involving sex workers, violence, manipulation, and “freak-offs,” Sean” Diddy” Combs was sentenced today ( Friday ) to 4 years and 2 months in prison.

The prosecutor claimed a long sentence was necessary for deterrent and that he was unsure whether these crimes will not occur again if Combs is released.

Combs, 55, was found guilty in July of engaging in adultery while crossing state lines for racial-ethnic marathons. He was cleared of criminal conspiracy and sexual trafficking claims that could have resulted in a life sentence. The hip-hop king even received a half-million dollar fine. Combs has already spent a year in prison, so this word had set him free in about three years. But, Diddy himself, along with his attorneys and community, pleaded for his quick release and claimed that his time in jail had already forced him to show remorse and sobriety. He was found guilty in July of traveling with his girls and female sexual workers all over the country for drug-fueled sexual encounters, which took place over a number of years and in various locations. But, he was cleared of criminal and sex trafficking charges, which could have put him in prison for life.

It’ll be interesting to see how much of his 50-month prison term is actually served, particularly since Diddy appeared to be convinced that he would be free now. In judge and in his letter to the judge, Diddy expressed emotion before receiving his 50-month statement. His attorneys and children even helped him fight through tears. In a Manhattan federal court now, the Bad Boy head honcho was actually and literally brought to his knees and pleaded with the judge,” I respectfully ask you for another chance.” Before his punishment, Diddy apologized and accepted full responsibility in his personal four-page notice to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian, which he submitted yesterday. He pleaded for mercy, saying that” the old me died in prisons,” and demanded a second chance to lead a better career as a father, brother, and group leader. In the email, he even stated,” I lost my way… I lost my journey.” Medication and excesses left them behind. My failure was attributed to my ego. I have been completely humbled and broken. Combs remarked,” Home assault will always be a hefty burden that I may have long carry.” ” My steps were repulsive, shameful, and tired. I had no excuses, and I was tired, tired from the drugs, out of control, in need of help, and I couldn’t be bothered.” He continued to discuss the impact the case had had on him. He continued,” I am just a human being, I was trying my best, I got lost in my excess and lost in my ego,” adding,” I am just a human being.” ” I lost my freedom and the ability to raise my children and be there for my family because of my choice.” I lost all of my companies, my job, my status, and most importantly, I lost my self-esteem. I have been broken to the core and humiliated. I despise myself right then. I’ve been completely stripped of my role,” he claims, but his stupidity, which he claims he misled, didn’t do the judge any favors.
According to the U.S. Attorneys, Diddy had a public appearance scheduled for Miami’s next week in mind, which suggests he anticipated leaving today or quickly.

Giovanni Sairras of Re-Entry One was brought in to describe the incident by the defense. According to Sairras, the look was intended as a speech to assist different people who had previously been incarcerated. Diddy’s circumstance was probably not helped by the optics and assumption of arrogance.

Diddy’s team even raised all of his children to plead for him to be given a brief sentence, preferably time served, with the exception of Love Combs, who is almost three years old.

Jessie andD’Lila Combs apparently exchanged yawning glances while speaking, and Quincy, Justin, and Christian discussed Diddy being their hero who taught them to handle people like kings. See this Instagram post by @theybfdailynowLast week, the court received many character letters regarding Diddy’s sentencing. One notable letter was written by Cassie, who testified as a target of his ten years of abuse, requesting that he not be released right away. According to court documents, Ventura Fine wrote,” I still have nightmares and flashbacks on a regular, daily schedule, and continue to demand emotional care to deal with my history.” My reality is that I worry that Sean Combs or his associates did follow me and my home. ” I am so afraid that if he walks free, his second things will get timely vengeance against me and others who complained about his mistreatment at trial,” Ventura Fine said. According to her attorneys Douglas Wigdor and Meredith Firetog,” the word imposed nowadays recognizes the effect of the major offenses he committed,” they said in a statement released after the punishment. With the help of her family and friends, they added,” We are convinced that Ms. Ventura may continue to heal, knowing that so many people have been inspired by her courage and tenacity.”

Time will tell how long Diddy does really serve. The first article on The YBF was Diddy Sentenced To 4 Years In Prison – He & His Kids Pled For Mercy In Court.
