These prosecutions are the result of a supplementary requirement issued by the procureur du Pool judiciaire financier. This requirement is based on a report of expertise drawn up in the context of the judicial procedure opened on the management of the product. Noteworthy: according to our sources, Pape Malick Ndour was initially unfamiliar with this procedure and only discovered the existence of this expert report at the time of his hearing at the DIC.
