Don’t Travel Abroad For Greener Pastures When You Are 40 Years And Above – NDA Advises Ghanaians

Naana Donkor Arthur, a Ghanaian content inventor based in the United States, has advised Citizens over the age of 40 to reevaluate their choices as they seek alternative careers.
NDA, as she is referred to in a new interview, highlighted the physical and emotional strain of moving to other countries at an advanced years.
People over the age of 40 generally lack the endurance needed to withstand the demanding workdays and long time in foreign countries, she claims.
” It becomes extremely challenging to keep up with the task overseas, especially for those who are uncomfortable with the high-pressure atmosphere”, she explained.
Naana Donkor Arthur rather urged people in this age group to concentrate on improving their chances in Ghana. She emphasized the value of utilizing their existing talents, resources, and networks to enhance their lives directly as opposed to having to endure the difficulties that come with starting over worldwide.
” At 40 and over, you should be focusing on creating security, building wealth, and leaving a legacy in your own country. Moving to a foreign country at that time might not lead to the outcomes you want. You have a better chance of succeeding if you travel overseas in your 20s or early 30s than if you were in your 40s, she continued.
