Dikko Applauds Efforts to Consolidate Supporters’ Clubs

On Thursday, Mallam Shehu Dikko, the chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC), expressed his support for the unification of Nigeria Football Supporters Clubs during their visit to his office in Abuja. The delegation, represented by Mr. Vincent Okumagba, emphasized that they had attended a meeting called by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) aimed at creating a cohesive group, and they came to update the Chairman on their decision to set aside differences for the advancement of Nigerian football and sports overall. The NSC Chairman encouraged the supporters’ groups to make greater efforts towards unity for the betterment of Nigerian football, stating, “You must collaborate and function as a group to reach our shared objectives.” Success is assured when we collaborate and strive for a shared objective. When you observe the army and police marching, they move in unison, but if even one individual trips, it all falls apart. “I’m pleased that this gathering has taken place and I can see all the important participants present.” It demonstrates dedication. We wish to have everyone united in a single Supporters Club, but we won’t compel anyone to join a specific group. It’s necessary for you to come together and reach a mutual agreement. You must come together for the sake of the sport you all profess to adore. Also Read: Guidelines for Wagering on Super Bowl 2025 in California – California Betting Applications and Websites.
