Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs portfolio committee chair, Zweli Mkhize, has lambasted the Nelson Mandela Bay metro’s leadership, including Mayor Babalwa Lobishe, for failing to satisfactorily respond to requests for information following the committee’s oversight visit last year.
