Five CBOs to benefit from Sh500,000 women empowerment kitty

Five Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) in Rurii, Wamumu Ward, Kirinyaga County, will benefit from a Sh500,000 empowerment kitty under the Women Economic Empowerment and Social Welfare Programme. The funds, disbursed through the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF), will support the groups to strengthen income-generating activities, improve household incomes and enhance the welfare of their members….
