The Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC) has definitively closed the investigation into the Ngoné Saliou Diop case. According to Seneweb sources, the dossier was deposited last Wednesday on the table of the procureur de la République at the Tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar. Thus, the fate of the chronicler of Sans Limites TV is now in the hands of the Chief of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, who has the sole authority to close the case without further action or to initiate legal proceedings. The last complaints lodged with the DSC by members of the Pulaar community have also been added to the dossier by the investigators.
