News24 | CETA forks out 500% more for courier service that should’ve cost R8k 

​A forensic investigation has red-flagged the troubled Construction Education and Training Authority’s supply chain management office for paying R50 000, or 500% more, for the delivery of parcels that could have cost between R7 000 and R8 000, culminating in irregular expenditure by the state entity.
