Beverly Hills West Chapter of The Links, Inc Hosts Sold-Out 2nd Annual Green & White Reception 

The Beverly Hills West ( CA ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated ( BHW) hosted its sold-out second annual Green &amp, White Reception under the theme” A Party With A Purpose”. Held in the classic AMG Showroom kindness of Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills, this highly anticipated event brought together users, supporters, and group leaders for an hour of style, function, and party. The Green and White Reception is still a popular celebration that highlights BHW’s commitment to transform communities and create more fulfilling lives, especially for those of African descent. As a former GEMS ( Girls Empowered Motivated, and Strong ) participant in the Chapter, the guests were deeply moved, and her father described how the initiative had altered their lives. Adding to the night’s impact, a previous four-year award victim inspired attendees with his tale of educational achievement, made possible through BHW’s unwavering support. The night’s system noted the enduring strength of brotherhood and services in the heart of National Friendship Month and in honor of National Founders Day. BHW proudly announced the award of more than$ 150, 000 in four-year college scholarships to deserving students, furthering its commitment to academic excellence and its goal of empowering future leaders. The night was led by Chapter President Zna Portlock Houston and championed by Tri-Chairs Adell Walker, La-Doris McClaney, and Victoria Beeks. Chef Char from Food Décor expertly created passed hors d’oeuvres and meals, while BlackStorm provided stimulating and effectively tailored drinks that completely complemented the cooking products. DJ Printz’s exciting sounds and dancefloor music made the space glisten with energy as the place was filled with people. The powerful AMG Showroom provided a stunning landscape, creating an atmosphere where networking blossomed into significant connections, and the vacation spirit shined beautifully throughout the evening. As a sold-out occurrence, the Green &amp, White Reception showcased the extraordinary excitement and support for BHW’s goal. Funds raised during the night will immediately power the Group’s revolutionary group programming across five key areas: The Arts, International Trends &amp, Services, Health &amp, Human Services, National Trends, Services, and Services to Youth. Additionally, these funds will help provide critical college scholarships to deserving students, continuing BHW’s legacy of advancing educational opportunity. This second annual reception was more than a gathering—it was a celebration of friendship, a renewal of purpose, and a reaffirmation of BHW’s legacy of service.
