​Aprosi: an audit launched after the accusations of a Pastef cadre 

  An internal audit mission of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce is about to start at the Agency for the Development of Industrial Sites (APROSI). According to Source A, which gives the information, this initiative, led by the Minister Serigne Guèye Diop, aims to audit the management of the agency over the period from December to June. Composed of four inspectors, develops the same source, the mission intervened in a context of serious accusations of mismanagement formulated by Aly Fary Ndiaye, former director of the regional sites of APROSI and cadre of the Pastef party, recently dismissed. The latter has also been heard by the Division spéciale de la cybersécurité (DSC) following a complaint lodged against him by the DG, Amadou Ngom Guèye. Among the main allegations made by Aly Fary Ndiaye are the presumed location of a vehicle worth 4,7 million CFA francs per month for the benefit of the DG; the frequent expensive travels via Paris; the alleged aggression of Professor Seydi and doubts about the legality of the decree of appointment of Amadou Ngom Guèye. In retaliation, the latter has seized justice. If the accusations were unfounded, Aly Fary Ndiaye could be prosecuted for slanderous denunciation, souligne Source A.. In this tense atmosphere, with the daily flow of information, Guy Marius Sagna also took up the matter. In a written question addressed to the Government, he asked the Minister of Industry about the management of the APROSI DG, raising questions in particular about the use of fuel and the costs of missions.
