On 26 September last the President of the College of Financial Investigators had issued an international arrest warrant demanding the arrest and repatriation to Senegal of Madiambal Diagne dit Madiambal. The warrant, as well as all the information relating to Madiambal Diagne, were transmitted to Interpol-Lyon which had disseminated, internally, a notice rouge comme nous les révélations.
