Are you at a crossroads in your life? Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-exploration to evaluate your past, relationships, ambitions and personal attributes?
Lifeline East Rand will be hosting its five-week Personal Growth Course and urges interested persons to sign up now.
Depending on participant numbers of no more than 20, the course is scheduled to take place in March, with course timetables being made available directly to those who have enlisted.
Focusing on experiential learning opportunities, participants will be encouraged to learn from each other within a group context, to deepen self-awareness.
For anyone who may be interested in participating in the Lifeline basic counselling skills course, the personal growth course needs to be completed before further skills training may be presented.
Space is limited and open to anyone over the age of 21 at a cost of R2 600. For more information, contact Nthabiseng Phasha on 010 065 1342 or 073 045 8225.
