The RTI officials stopped the car, which was blasting loud music.

āThe RTI gave chase and quickly cornered and arrested the driver.
āIn the vehicle, they found expensive liquor and large sums of money.ā
A businessman whose supermarket had just been robbed came forward and identified one of the suspects.

āWe pause to commend RTI Kokstad, as law enforcement officers, for resisting the temptation to walk away with the large sums of money in return for the release of the motorist,ā said MEC Duma.
āWe are encouraged by the display of commitment to serve the people of KwaZulu-Natal with integrity.
āWe are fixing the country, and we remain firm.
