The President of the Republic of Senegal, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, arrived in Kigali on Friday for a three-day official visit aimed at strengthening relations of friendship and cooperation between Senegal and Rwanda. On his arrival at Kigali International Airport, he was warmly welcomed by his counterpart, His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda. This meeting marks an important step in the common will of the two leaders to consolidate an exemplary partnership, based on African solidarity, innovation and sustainable development. According to the programme, the two Heads of State will hold bilateral talks from tomorrow, in order to explore new perspectives of collaboration and to strengthen the already fruitful links between Dakar and Kigali.
