On 22 January, Ambassador Guo Haiyan attended the “Henan (China) Spring Festival Overseas Gala: Africa Tour”, which was co-organized by relevant departments of the People’s Government of Henan Province and Henan Chamber of Commerce in Kenya. Mme.
