The President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, took part, on Sunday morning, in the walking tour marking the closure of the Armed Forces Week, this year under the theme: “The Armed Forces, partners of the Youth Olympic Games Dakar 2026”. Alongside the Minister of the Armed Forces, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the military authorities, the Head of State shared a moment of cohesion, discipline and closeness with the men and women engaged in the preparation of this first Olympic event organized on African soil.
