La Société nationale d’électricité (Senelec) informs its clients that an operation to maintain its computer platform dedicated to the sale of Woyofal credit is scheduled from Monday 22 to Thursday 25 September 2025. Please note that during this period, no credit purchase will be possible between 01:00 and 01:00 according to the following calendar: The night of Monday 22 to Tuesday 23 September from 1am to 5am. The night of Tuesday 23 to Wednesday 24 September from 1am to 5am and the night of Wednesday 24 to Thursday 25 September from 1am to 5am. This operation aims to reinforce the reliability of the system and to improve the quality of the service offered to customers. Senelec invites its users to take the necessary measures to avoid any interruption of electricity linked to the impossibility of buying credit during these time slots. The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this operation, but stresses that the Woyofal service will remain fully operational outside these hours.
