News24 | CPUT shutdown: Student leadership calls for probe into violence as university stays closed 

​The Cape Peninsula University of Technology’s student leadership has called for an independent investigation into the violence and destruction that brought the institution to a standstill, while warning that the unrest must not be used to silence questions about CPUT’s finances, governance and student welfare.
