News24 | MPs question cost and slow pace of public works operation to recover hijacked buildings 

​In the last 18 months, the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure has kick-started a project to recover illegally occupied and hijacked buildings across South Africa. But MPs are not happy and have questioned the project’s value for money, with R237 million spent so far.
