The head of counter-intelligence in the police’s Crime Intelligence division, Major General Feroz Khan, and the head of the Hawks in Gauteng, Major General Ebrahim Kadwa, have been arrested for allegedly engaging in illegal dealings in precious metals and unlawful possession of them.
