Kabiru Dogo has vowed to strengthen El-kanemi Warriors in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). Last week, he was named the technical adviser of the Maiduguri club, succeeding Aliyu Zubairu, who departed in May after his two-year contract ended. Additionally, the NNL Super 8 Playoffs will not take place at Jay Jay Okocha Stadium due to an inadequate pitch for the final group matches. “God willing, we are committed to forming a robust team that can perform well in the upcoming season,” Dogo shared with the club’s media. “I am prepared to put in my best effort to help El-Kanemi Warriors reclaim its position among Nigeria’s top clubs.” Dogo’s extensive experience in the Nigerian football league is anticipated to be a valuable resource in creating a strong and competitive team. Having led prominent clubs like Wikki Tourists, Kwara United, and Nasarawa United, his tactical knowledge and thorough comprehension of the league will greatly benefit El-Kanemi Warriors.
