Oprah Winfrey is speaking out to save different people from suffering in silence. In her future Hulu unique, Winfrey will investigate menopause and its different impacts on women. ” When I was going through menopause, I could not rest for two years. I could hardly focus. I had never read my beloved books. I had brain beats. No one told me about this. Today we’re talking about it, but no person suffers”, she wrote on Twitter. According to the National Institute of Health ( NIH), menopause is a stage of a woman’s life when her menstrual periods stop permanently, and she can no longer get pregnant. Nevertheless, this natural drop of a woman’s reproductive hormones can trigger an array of indicators that are exclusive to every person. For Winfrey, the indicators became so powerful that she had to stop leading her favorite book club. ” The worst piece for me, this is when I knew I was really in difficulty, is when I don’t focus reading. I love reading thus far, but I let go of the reserve team because I could not focus when I was reading. I was never more complete a book”, Winfrey told ABC News. ” I brought]the reserve team ] back when I started taking hormone because I could focus again, but I really never shared that previously, that the real reason I had to quit it is because I had no more focused. It makes me wish to cry”.Also Read:
