The Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) has named former ANC member Thami Ka Plaatjie as its mayoral candidate for Johannesburg. The party also announced candidates for Ekurhuleni, Emfuleni, and Sedibeng, as Ka Plaatjie officially rejoined the PAC after being expelled in 2003.
