The sages of the PS have failed. They were unable to have the complaint withdrawn, which required the Secretary General of their party, Aminata Mbengue Ndiaye, to be assigned to appear before the Dakar High Court, ruling on appeal on Monday, September 1. Source A, which gives the information, reports that the initiators of the request told them no when they asked them to return to the ranks. The complaint in question bears the signature of members of the Initiative for the Reform of the PS, a grouping of cadres and other socialist militants. They accuse Aminata Mbengue Ndiaye of illegally prolonging, according to them, the interim she has been ensuring since the disappearance of Ousmane Tanor Dieng, in 2019. Worse, say the members of the Initiative, the former mayor of Louga has always refused to listen to them. “She had even proposed our exclusion from the party.
