The Ministry of National Education, through the Direction des Examens et Concours, has published the official results of the Certificat de Fin d’Études Élémentaires (CFEE) for the 2025 session. With a total of 209 867 admitted out of 296 717 candidates present, the success rate stands at 70,843% at national level. This year again, girls slightly outnumber boys, with an admission rate of 70.96% versus 70.43% for their male counterparts. A discrepancy which confirms the trend observed in the last editions of the CFEE. Des performances remarquables dans certaines académies (remarkable performances in some academies) Several academic inspections (IA) and education and training inspections (IEF) are particularly noted for their excellent results. Kolda: 86,12% of admissions, one of the best rates at national level. Ziguinchor/Bignona 2 : 83,93% of success, underlining the good pedagogical dynamic of the area. Thiès/Thiès Ville: 83,53% of admissions, confirming its regularity in the school performance. Dakar/Almadies: 84,56% of success, which translates into a good management at the level of the capital.
