The next stage is now in the hands of the investigating judge, who is about to issue a summons to the attention of the deputy. However, Farba Ngom will not be the only one to have to answer the questions of the investigating magistrate in this complex case. The dossier in question, concerning the 125 billion CFA francs, has been transmitted to the Parquet du Pool judiciaire financier by the Cellule nationale de traitement des informations financières (Centif). This transmission follows several Declarations of Suspected Operations (DOS). According to the information reported by L’Observateur, a well-known businessman, often cited à tort ou à raison in various official files, as well as the heads of civil real estate companies, are on the list of persons whom the investigating judge is planning to summon.
