Le motif d’interdiction de sortie du territoire dont Madiambal Diagne a fait objet mardi, semble maintenant connu du public if one is to believe in the journal Libération repris par seneweb. While preparing to fly to Paris on an Air Sénégal flight, détaille Libération, he was asked to leave the plane shortly before take-off and to make a tour of the airport police station before returning home. “This blocking follows a judicial information requested by the parquet financier and entrusted to the judge of the troisième cabinet who requested an ‘opposition’ [de sortie du territoire]”, informs le journal. “This information [judicial] is based on the report of the CENTIF bringing an action against Madiambal Diagne and the directors of the Ellipse company for various amounts”, the same source states. “Jointly yesterday by telephone after his blockage at the AIBD, Madiambal Diagne nous a répondu: ‘je n’ai aucun commentaire à faire'”.
