​Farba Ngom denies accusations of attempted corruption against Clédor Ly 

  The Deputy Mayor of Aganams, Mouhamadou Ngom, said Farba Ngom currently detained in Rebeuss, categorically rejects the rumors according to which he would have tried to bribe Me Cire Clédor Ly with 100 million F CFA to join his defense. In a communiqué published on 17 August 2025, his collective of lawyers called these accusations “grotesque” and “totally false”, denouncing a new attempt to damage the image of their client.
