O. What? Sylla, a coranique master domiciled in Cambéréne II and accused of migrant trafficking and visa fraud, has not gone through several avenues to admit his involvement in the events accused of and which led to his arrest by the elements of the commissariat of unit 15 of the parcel seizures. According to information obtained from reliable sources, the 29-year-old accused had promised four complainants a trip to Australia via Spain, claiming thus important sums estimated at between 2.5 million CFA francs and 1 million each. Having failed at the airport due to the absence of a transit visa, the unfortunate passengers lodged a complaint against their carrier after the latter had disappeared. During his hearing at the Commissariat des Parcelles, Sylla not only acknowledged the fraud, but also the death of 13 people he had tried to smuggle by sea, a voyage organised by a man named Babacar Mbaye. A search carried out at his home permitted the seizure of 15 passports belonging to various persons, including several deceased victims. The investigation is continuing.
